The Hofmann 1520 has all the
features and durability of expensive tire changers at an
affordable price. While the Monty 1520M comes complete
with a set of four motorcycle jaws capable of covering a
full range of motorcycle tires.
- Dual power
cylinders
Assures proper clamping power at all four jaws. This
eliminates rim slippage in the jaws preventing
damage to expensive alloy wheels.
- Four Jaw
clamping chuck
The self-centering clamping jaws clamp up to 20" in
diameter from the inside, and up to 18" from the
outside. Outside clamping protects alloy rims by
securely holding the rim without damage, even when
mounting/dismounting tires with stiff, narrow
sidewalls.
- Powerful
bead breaker
With 6,000 lbs. of breaking power and a range up to
12" wide, the 1520 can handle the toughest tires.
- Innovative
tire inflation system
(1520 only)
One large air jet is built into each moveable jaw.
This provides powerful bead sealing pressure exactly
where it is needed.
