Pickup Lift Series (Original & G2 Series)

Since 1965, Tommy Gate Company has built and sold the high-quality liftgate that bears its name. The Original Series hydraulic liftgate was initially developed for the pickup truck and continues to be a leader in quality and value.

Now available in 500, 1000 and 1300 lbs capacities for a wide range of full-size and compact pickup truck bodies.

Original Series Features:

  • A - Platform Torsion Assist Bar (only with the optional F11 extension - see below)
  • B - 40" maximum gate travel
  • C - Hydraulic & electrical systems enclosed in Main Frame Box
    • D. Pressure Relief valve
    • E. Cylinder-mounted flow control valve
    • F. Full-length molded ground and power cable
  • G - Compatible with many receiver-style trailer hitches
  • H - Curb-side mounted fixed control
  •  I  - Steel platform (platform options)
  • J - Optional folding F11 extension
