The Ultimate 1 Collector :: Industrial Wet-Type Dust Collector
• Constant high efficiency and air flow
• No secondary water pollution
• Recirculate clean air
LOW OPERATING COST & MINIMAL MAINTENANCE
MS TYPE - STYLE B
The MS Type Style B uses a conical hopper and drain valves for sludge
disposal. This system is ideal in applications where the discharged sludge or
slurry can be taken to a settling tank or drained continuously (where water
supply conditions permit). Also, in applications where the dust presents no
caking or settling problems, it is possible and often economical to
periodically clean the MS Type Style B system manually.

Applications
Ultimate I Industrial Wet-Type Dust Collectors are designed to produce clean
air economically for all industry. The "Ultimate I" is extremely effective on
both light and heavy loads of a vary wide range of dust and fumes. Examples
are processing and finishing of aluminum, magnesium, titanium, stainless
steel, plasma cutting, plasma hot metal spraying, laser cutting, melting
furnaces, removing dust and odour from green sand mold, cooling and shake out
operations, removing dust from shot blast operations, grinding and buffing ect.
Anywhere that dust is a problem there is an "Ultimate" solution.

How the Unit works
The Ultimate I Industrial Wet-Type Dust Collector works this way. Contaminated
air is drawn into the unit through a tapered scrubber and forced down through
a venture, deep into the water, where the air is released. The water acts as a
separator, and many of the dust particles fall to the bottom of the unit
immediately. Those particles that manage to escape this first stage of
cleansing, are forced through thick curtains of water, and are repeatedly
deflected by a series of thick curtains of baffles, into the water turbulence,
separating the remaining dust from the air. The airflow creates a circulation
in the water that simultaneously removes dust particles from the water and
prevents stagnation of the water. The moist air is drawn through the unit by
an internally fitted fan, passes through the mist eliminators, where the
moisture is removed from the clean air. The clean air is then returned to the
workplace. The dust which has settled to the bottom of the unit will be
removed through the sludge drain valves, rake out, hopper or drag bar
conveyor.
Standard units are available in capacities ranging from 400 to 50,000 C.F.M.
